These terms govern your use of Genera. By creating an account or using any of the seven services, you agree to them.
The platform
Genera is an AI-native operating system providing seven services: Plan, Track, Content, People, Connections, Insights, Dev. Service availability targets are published on our status page.
Your account
You're responsible for keeping credentials secure and for activity under your account. Notify us immediately at security@genera.sh if you suspect compromise.
Acceptable use
Don't use Genera to break the law, infringe rights, send unsolicited bulk messages, generate harmful or deceptive content, or bypass usage limits. We may suspend accounts for severe or repeated violations.
AI-generated output
You own the content AI generates from your prompts, subject to model-provider terms passing through to you. AI output may contain errors — verify before publishing critical information. Genera is not liable for AI-generated content.
Pay-as-you-go billing
You're billed monthly for usage across Transfer, Storage, Process, and Services that exceeds the starter tier. Disputes must be raised within 60 days. Unpaid balances may suspend the account.
Intellectual property
Genera owns the platform, code, and brand. You own the data and content you bring or generate. You grant us a limited license to process your content solely to provide the service.
Termination
Either party may terminate at any time. Upon termination, you can export your data within 30 days; afterward it is deleted. Pay-as-you-go billing stops the moment you close the account.
Disclaimers and limits
The service is provided as-is. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid in the prior 12 months.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Genera Technologies is incorporated. Disputes go to the competent courts in that jurisdiction.
